We have been assigned sites 6 - 16, plus site 2 and the cabin at site 25.
Make your 1-night deposit by: December 5, 2024.
You may be able to add nights to their stay based upon availability of site/cabin/cottage at time of booking. Extra site night fees are based on time of season and availability of accommodations.
If you have made a deposit and you cancel by December 5, 2024, you will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee. If you have made your 1-night deposit and you cancel on or after December 6, 2024, you will be charged the 1-night deposit fee.

Premium Back in $179 per night
Lakefront Cottage $299 per night
3-night minimum stay per site. Plus, resort fee/applicable taxes.

Cut off date to sign up for this rally has past. They were very nice about signing people up beyond the cut off historically, if you want to try your luck, but there are no guarantees. If you’re already signed up, I’ll see you there!
Fall 2025 Rally and Annual Business Meeting at Hagerstown / Antietam Battlefield KOA

Note that the dates for this rally have changed. Officially beginning on Monday Sept 15, the KOA will hold sites for us starting on the 14th since so many people have been arriving on Sunday lately. I’ve been working with Amanda but anyone can help you. Just be sure to let them know you’re signing up for the Chinook rally. Sites are a mix of full hookup and water/electric and prices vary accordingly.
Please call your reservations directly to the Hagerstown KOA at 301-223-7571 and tell them you’re with the Chinook Camping Club and that you’re signing up for the rally.
Do not place your reservation online, do not call the national KOA reservation number. Call the campground directly and you will be sure to get one of the sites assigned to our group. Even more importantly, you’ll be sure to get the group discount.
