Notes:
1. Sites available are: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, & 53.
2. All sites are charged to the guest claiming the site.
3.**😁The reservation cutoff date is 12/15/23 at 6:00 pm😁**
4. Sites are claimed on a first come, first served basis.
5. Reservations require one night down as a deposit. The balance can be paid when checking in.
6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund minus a $10.00 per site
Cancellation Fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to your arrival, you will receive a refund minus one full night’s rate (including taxes and fees).
7. The Clubhouse is reserved for 1/29: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm; Jan 30: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm; and Jan 31: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

The campground has an excellent layout for outdoor visiting and an outdoor screen room for our free and exclusive use. Kitchen facilities are limited (we may have popped the breakers at our last rally here). The camp is near to beaches and in walking distance to some nice eats and watering holes.
Sites are $63-$68 per night.
Reservations can be placed immediately. We have 23 campsites and 1 cabin reserved.
IMPORTANT! ASK FOR TIFFANY: ONLY SHE CAN BOOK YOU AT THE RALLY RATE. SHE WORKS 4 DAYS A WEEK. ACCEPT NO SUBSTITUTE. And obviously tell her you're with the Chinook Camping club and booking for the rally.
You can request a specific site within our block and you can ask to be near specific people.
Last date to book will be Tuesday December 5th, 2023.

Twenty sites and one cabin are being held. Sites are $67 a night.

And here’s the thing: MAKE THEM SOON IF YOU WANT TO BE SURE TO BE CLOSE TOGETHER AS A GROUP. (How soon, Mark? Within the next two weeks).
This campground’s reservation software defaults to first come first served. Erik can hold us a block in E section for a short time before a corporate office will want to know why he isn’t taking reservations.
Cancellation policy is good here. Cancel 14 days in advance for full refund. (Within 14 days of reservation you forfeit your deposit). SO…if you think you *might* make it, make a reservation. You can back out at no cost if necessary, and if you *do* need to back out there may be a late-comer we can get into your site in the club area.
ALWAYS tell them you’re reserving for the Chinook Camping Club rally when you call.

Please specify what site/cabin/cottage type you would like to reserve within the
group. Sites will be available on a first come first serve basis. See your group
leader if specific site numbers are being assigned within the group block.
We require a 1-night deposit to reserve your spot.
Please make your 1-night deposit by: August 23, 2024. Sites/Cabins/Cottages
will not be reservable after this date.
This group has a 2-Night Minimum
Group members can add Sunday and Thursday night at the same group
rate/ based upon availability of site at the time of booking.
Group Cancellation Policy:
The group cancellation policies included in this document will supersede any
written/posted campground website cancellation policies.
If you have made a deposit and you cancel by August 23, 2024, you will be
charged a $20.00 cancellation fee.
If you have made your 1-night deposit and you cancel on or after August 24,
2024, you will be charged the 1-night deposit fee.
